When we tried to start our car after a stop it would not work. After calling Mr Mitch Hobbs , he was kind to arrange for a truck to pick up our car from the parking lot at the last shop we were in and bring it to Kingwood Services even though it was mid afternoon. Mr Hobbs called us in about two hours when the Starter was fixed, and was sending a staff member to bring me to the his office and collect our car.
