There is nothing like having confidence that all work is being done correctly. Kingwood Service Center does excellent work. They have maintained my family’s cars, as well as my company vehicle, through the years. They are extremely skilled at finding, then fixing the problems. This is my go to location for all auto repairs.

Just took my second vehicle in. They noticed the part I was asking them to replace should be under warranty from a different shop. Indeed it was. They could have just replaced it and charged me I would have never known. They have won a customer for life with their integrity.

The staff at the front desk are supremely helpful. The work done there has always been impeccable. I have been a long standing customer, had my personal vehicles and ALL of the kid’s vehicles have been serviced and maintained here. They are honest, and will give you a clear breakdown of costs, offer options for extent of repairs. They are terrific! Highly recommend them.

Kingwood Service Center is the only place my family trusts with all of our vehicles. They are honest, upfront, and consistently complete work in a timely manner. There is never any price gouging or unnecessary upselling, which is something I truly appreciate. Mitch and Mike are excellent communicators who make sure you understand what’s going on every step of the way, and their customer service is always top‑tier. It’s rare to find a shop that operates with this level of integrity, but they do. Highly recommend.

Reliable, friendly service. Went in for inspection and oil change. While looking up my vehicle they noticed that cabin filter change was recommended so I said ok. When they pulled out filter it was covered with leaves and the whole filter area was clogged with leaves. They vacuumed out and cleaned the area and replaced the filter with no up charges. They always seem to go out of their way to insure that the service they provide is top notch and reasonably priced.

Had a starting issue that the tech confirmed was a faulty battery. We then confirmed that the Battery was no longer under warranty. Placed a new Battery in the Car and off we went. Very easy to work with.

I have switched my auto mechanics to Kingwood service center after a long search for an honest auto mechanic shop. A friend of mine highly recommended Kingwood service center and I have not looked back. These guys are honest and friendly and very affordable. I will not go anywhere else. My alternator went out when I was making a left hand turn from and to major roads. I was helped by the police directing traffic around me. Kingwood Service Center helped me to contact a towing service and their truck was right around the corner from me. I was quickly towed to Kingwood Service Center, where they repaired my car and gave me a ride home. I picked it up the next day and it is running great! They turned a rather traumatic experience into a “no problem” situation. I thank them so much! NT

Radiator and Cooling System Parts, near Kingwood, TXI purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler that is in excellent condition. To keep it in great shape, I had KSC perform a coolant system flush and refill of factory recommended Mopar coolant. When I was ready to receive the vehicle, KSC requested to keep the vehicle a little longer to ensure everything was proper and complete to their satisfaction. I greatly appreciate this intensive care and concern to be thorough with repairs and services. I chose to bring my business to them based on great reviews, local reputation and pricing. I am very pleased with my experience and will return for more services. I gave them a list of services I want to perform and they emailed a line item quote for each request. Im very impressed with the treatment, honesty, and work ethic of this place. Im new to kingwood area and my 2024 Chevrolet malibu started to run in limp mode. They couldn't diagnose the issue and was really honest. They didnt charge me a fee. So I went back with my truck which had several issues and completed the job quick in 2 days. I expected a few weeks minimum. I definitely advise anyone to go to them, and if they can't help, they point you to a business that can thats affordable and honest as well.

Amazing largest team of mechanics I've ever seen. Come earlier the better, 7am+. We've taken two vehicles to them, great diagnostics, real fair pricing, and estimates on priority vs. not immediate priority fix. They can tell you what's causing the problem and if they can't they don't charge for a service they didn't provide. You can get a ride home or nearby if you have no one to drop you off. Not a mistake!

I have used the Shell Service Center for over 30 years. They have always fixed and maintained multiple cars for us. They are not only quick and reliable but are always there to help by offering rides to and from my house. I can't begin to remember all the types of things they did to our cars but would go to them before dealer anytime. Their prices seemed very fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We have had to replace the whole power steering system on one truck and the AC, fuel pump, and fuel tank on another truck. The guys at Kingwood Service Center jumped through many hoops to get parts quickly and get us back to school and back to work. We always go there first for work on our vehicles. They are awesome! Update: Oil leak and no cold air in a different vehicle. KSC once again diagnosed the problems and fixed the issues to get us back on the road quickly. With 6 older vehicles, we see them often.
