My alternator went out when I was making a left hand turn from and to major roads. I was helped by the police directing traffic around me. Kingwood Service Center helped me to contact a towing service and their truck was right around the corner from me. I was quickly towed to Kingwood Service Center, where they repaired my car and gave me a ride home. I picked it up the next day and it is running great! They turned a rather traumatic experience into a “no problem” situation. I thank them so much! NT

I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler that is in excellent condition. To keep it in great shape, I had KSC perform a coolant system flush and refill of factory recommended Mopar coolant. When I was ready to receive the vehicle, KSC requested to keep the vehicle a little longer to ensure everything was proper and complete to their satisfaction. I greatly appreciate this intensive care and concern to be thorough with repairs and services. I chose to bring my business to them based on great reviews, local reputation and pricing. I am very pleased with my experience and will return for more services. I gave them a list of services I want to perform and they emailed a line item quote for each request. Im very impressed with the treatment, honesty, and work ethic of this place. Im new to kingwood area and my 2024 Chevrolet malibu started to run in limp mode. They couldn't diagnose the issue and was really honest. They didnt charge me a fee. So I went back with my truck which had several issues and completed the job quick in 2 days. I expected a few weeks minimum. I definitely advise anyone to go to them, and if they can't help, they point you to a business that can thats affordable and honest as well.

Amazing largest team of mechanics I've ever seen. Come earlier the better, 7am+. We've taken two vehicles to them, great diagnostics, real fair pricing, and estimates on priority vs. not immediate priority fix. They can tell you what's causing the problem and if they can't they don't charge for a service they didn't provide. You can get a ride home or nearby if you have no one to drop you off. Not a mistake!

I have used the Shell Service Center for over 30 years. They have always fixed and maintained multiple cars for us. They are not only quick and reliable but are always there to help by offering rides to and from my house. I can't begin to remember all the types of things they did to our cars but would go to them before dealer anytime. Their prices seemed very fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We have had to replace the whole power steering system on one truck and the AC, fuel pump, and fuel tank on another truck. The guys at Kingwood Service Center jumped through many hoops to get parts quickly and get us back to school and back to work. We always go there first for work on our vehicles. They are awesome! Update: Oil leak and no cold air in a different vehicle. KSC once again diagnosed the problems and fixed the issues to get us back on the road quickly. With 6 older vehicles, we see them often.

It’s refreshing to know that there remains an auto repair group that is reliable and more importantly, honest. We took in one of our (older) vehicles for we were prepared for, to be an expensive fix. My AC was not feeling strong had it fixed prior to moving out to Kingwood. Few months after it went out completely it was difficult to identify the leak however Kingwood Service Center was able locate the problem sources which was the compressor and the condenser they were able to do to work within one day and they were very helpful with dropping me off and picking me up. They were very professional from the office to their technicians definitely recommend them. They did the service well over a year ago AC is still working strong.
