I am amazed how Kingwood Service Center appears to be stacked with vehicles needing repair yet they are still able to perform routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) the same day.

If I find a good honest business I'm as loyal as an old dog. This is the place I trust. I don't worry about being gouged or upselling. The business stays busy because they do what needs to be done and don't upsell. Their technicians are good folks and I don't have to worry about car when they do the maintenance. I drive further now just to go to them for my oil changes or anything else I need. It's one of only a few places you can trust for honest good reasonable care care.

I have used the Shell Service Center for over 30 years. They have always fixed and maintained multiple cars for us. They are not only quick and reliable but are always there to help by offering rides to and from my house. I can't begin to remember all the types of things they did to our cars but would go to them before dealer anytime. Their prices seemed very fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
We have had to replace the whole power steering system on one truck and the AC, fuel pump, and fuel tank on another truck. The guys at Kingwood Service Center jumped through many hoops to get parts quickly and get us back to school and back to work. We always go there first for work on our vehicles. They are awesome! Update: Oil leak and no cold air in a different vehicle. KSC once again diagnosed the problems and fixed the issues to get us back on the road quickly. With 6 older vehicles, we see them often.
